ARP Commissioning is an industry leader in the arena of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Building Management Systems.
The Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank's headquarters are located near Zayed City in Abu Dhabi. Originally constructed in 2011, the development comprises the construction of two towers covering approximately 97,000 square metres, consisting of a ground floor, mezzanine level and 12 upper floors, as well as four levels of basement parking. A section of the ground floor houses the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank's front office retail hall, with the remaining floor area built as shell and core to house additional retail tenants. The upper floors consist of office space constructed as shell and core only.
The 2018 refurbishment project consisted of the fit-out for two towers of 12 floors, roof, mezzanine and ground floors. Tower 1 is a Cat B fit-out and Tower 2 is a Cat A fit-out. Tower 2 has two and a half floors which have changed from CAT A to CAT B to accommodate ADIB additional operational requirements.
