- ARP will manage the complete Commissioning process for all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems.
- Design Commissionability Appraisals (review of Design Drawings and Specifications)
- Production of Commissioning Plan
- Production and/or review of Commissioning Method Statements
- Production of Commissioning Programmes
- Attend Factory Test Witnessing where required by client
- Installation Monitoring - Issue of Site Observation Sheets and trackers
- Produce and Maintain Commissioning Issues Log
- Chair and Minute Commissioning Meetings
- Issue Monthly Commissioning Status Reports
- Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Witnessing and Verification (100% Witness of Life Safety Systems, Minimum 10% of all other Systems)
- Coordinate Statutory Inspections (Civil Defense / DEWA / ADWEA)
- Manage and Verify Final Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Manage Client Training
